Concept Art
What I do for a living (for the most part). A few selected samples below.
Illustration
Commercial illustration has to do more with storytelling or helping selling a story /project with one shot. It's often mistaken for Concept Art but there's a fine (and crucial) line between the two, therefore both deserve their own category. Here a few selected samples. Among them you'll find comic book covers, role play game art and a few personal pieces.
Photography
I am by no means a professional photographer, but I like to travel carrying a semi-pro camera and am pretty trigger happy. Even though they're not super high-res I find a lot of these photographs a great source of reference and inspiration. I also use them a lot when matte painting or doing photo-realistic concepts / illustrations.
About me: Bruno Werneck
Coming up with a Bio is difficult so I copied and pasted an old one I've been using for years and I hope you don't mind it was written in third person...
Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Bruno has been playing with crayons since he can remember, but he began pursuing formal artistic training when he was given a scholarship in 1996 to study at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. While originally majoring in graphic design, he ultimately gravitated towards Traditional Animation, receiving his degree from Columbia College Chicago in 2002. Professionally, Bruno has done everything from print design to working on animated TV commercials. Currently, he works for Midway Games as a full-time Concept Artist, freelancing as an illustrator for numerous organizations, basically getting paid to play with crayons…

Above you see a few pictures of my old workspace back in Chicago. I included a picture of my cat too because she's likes to seat between me and the monitor asking for attention, therefore plays a large role on how I do my art :)
